Our firm has historically provided representation of individuals and businesses under all chapters of the bankruptcy code. We are a debt relief agency as defined under the Bankruptcy Code. Creditor representation in bankruptcy matters has also been a regular part of our practice on behalf of our clients. Our experience also extends to litigation and appeals in cases arising in the bankruptcy courts. Additional services are routinely provided to clients in both State and Federal courts related to collection issues, insolvency, receiverships, foreclosures, and replevin actions. In many instances our attorneys have been involved in resolving client matters related to insolvency issues, bankruptcy, and debtor-creditor representation, through workouts and alternative dispute resolution.
